Our discs are characterized by a combination of reingegnerized fiber, resin and silicon carbide to form a thick and open structure. The elastic nature of the fibers makes these discs able to follow the contours of the piece worked with better accuracy and thanks to a greater contact area ensure faster removal. They adapt to irregular welding ripples, allowing you to clean them without removing them, and are able to access difficult areas to reach without damaging the substrate. With the cuts decided by the silicon carbide, you can get a fine finish. Bave, dirt and contaminants are effectively removed and not altering the geometry of the workpiece, thereby reducing rework and increasing productivity. The spaces in the plot also allow the expulsion of the chips, limiting the intaxation of the abrasive. To ensure uniform cuts throughout the abrasive life, the resin binder used to strengthen the disc gradually shatters with use, exposing new fibers and abrasives in extremely sharp silicon carbide. The high-strength fiber bears wear and guarantees excellent performance on the edges. These discs also offer low vibrations and sparking, high speed and long life.
