Scotch-Brite Roloc EXL XL-DR, 2S FIN, 75 mm

Manufactured with a non-woven, compact fiber structure and uniform grain distribution, the EXL unified disc produces professional and uniform results of welding polishing, deburring for aircraft parts, as well as mixing and finishing on a variety of metals, plastics and composite material. We chose the EXL material in the highest density for extreme resistance, providing aggressive cutting power for effective edge deburring and angles without damaging the piece. The lower density is soft and conformable, suitable for finishing shaped surfaces. The disk is equipped with the quick release system 3MTM RolocTM for easy and fast disk change. Roloc discs allow the use of both the edge and the disk surface without interruption for fixing. Available grades: Fine, medium and rough. Our fast spare discs 3MTM RolocTM are smaller and are designed to be easily and quickly connected to the RolocTM bearing (sold separately), to comfortably replace discs for different tasks or multi-phase finishing processes. The Roloc system provides safe fixing for heavy applications and the variety of available disks 3M Roloc allows the exchange from one application to another in seconds. We developed Scotch BriteTM surface conditioning products with built-in nylon abrasives or nonwoven synthetic fibres. By combining fiber abrasives, abrasive system is created that delivers consistent results throughout the product life. Open mesh material works cold, reducing the risk of discoloration and deformation of the part. Fibers are load-resistant and retain high cutting performance of abrasive materials by limiting fiber obstruction, extending disc life.
