Our wheels are designed to provide optimal performance with a straight grinder, minimizing heat accumulation during use. This makes them ideal for use on heat-sensitive materials. They are filled with abrasive minerals to quickly smooth the edges of metal or plastic parts and compounds. Available with aluminium oxide layer with Fine, Medium, Coarse and Extra Coarse grain and silicon carbide layer with Very Fine and Fine grain. Scotch-BriteTM abrasives are exclusive products for surface processing, equipped with abrasive granules embedded in a fabric-non-woven fiber plot. The combination of abrasive and non-woven fabric, creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results throughout product life. The open texture material develops little heat and is resistant to clogging. In this way, it preserves the cutting capacity of abrasive mineral, limiting fiber clogging.
