Cutting disc 3M Cubitron II, T41, 125 mm x 1 mm x 22.2 mm

Use the cutting disc 3MTM CubitronTM II for particularly sharp and fast cuts and a longer life than other products. Our cutting discs are typically used to affect metals, such as car and hull plates, stainless steel pipes, exhaust pipes, clamps and rusty fixing devices. These discs contain the granule 3MTM Precision Shaped Grain. This granule forms triangular tips that affect metal instead of digging it like traditional abrasives. The tips are continuously self-affirting as they break, for an extremely fast cut. This reduces the heat accumulation due to friction and the risk of burning and cracking related to heat stress. Products 3MTM CubitronTM II last much longer than traditional ceramic products, ensuring high performance in production applications. Our cutting discs are used with circular cutting tools (built separately) and must always be used with casings for safety reasons. The discs must bear a maximum working speed that is equal to or greater than the speed of the tools and require sized housings suitable for their measurement.
