Dumping disc in depressed centre 3M Cubitron II T27, 150 mm x 7 mm x 22 mm

Use the depressed disk to depressed center 3MTM CubitronTM II for higher performance than competing products in terms of cutting and durability. Our deburring discs contain ceramic granule 3MTM Precision Shaped Grain, which offers exceptionally sharp cutting by developing little heat and a significantly longer life than other products. The ceramic mineral 3MTM PSG (Precision Shaped Grain) forms triangular tips that affect metal instead of digging it like traditional abrasives. The tips are continuously self-affirting as they break, for an extremely fast cut. This reduces the heat accumulation due to friction and the risk of burning and cracking related to heat stress. The depressed center allows to perform grinding from any angle, without damaging the surrounding surface. Our deburring discs are characterized by a resin-based rigid binder, have a thickness of 7 mm and are useful to remove welds from the inner corners. They must be used with a suitable protection to their size. The deburring discs must have a maximum working speed greater than or equal to the maximum speed of the grinder used.
