Designed for the ideal atomization for a wide range of spray paints, the 3MTM AccusprayTM Atomizing Head for PPSTM 2.0 series is part of our 3MTM AccusprayTM Spray gun system. These replaceable and reusable atomizer heads are available in gradual measures for an ideal dispensing both for the application of low viscosity paints, and for the application of high viscosity paints. These heads are easy to clean and reuse or can be quickly removed and replaced in case you need to use a different spray gun. Other advantages are optimized primer consumption, reduced application and cleaning time, as well as better finishing and therefore less time required for sanding. Each replaceable atomizing head is made of transparent plastic, so that technicians can control the cleaning degree of the head, reducing the cleaning time. 3 measures are available 3MTM AccusprayTM Atomizing head with color encoding for 3MTM PPSTM series 2.0: 1.4 mm atomizer heads ideal for low viscosity materials, paints, surface coatings, lacquers and light adhesives. The 1.8 mm replaceable atomizer heads are ideal for medium to high viscosity paints, such as primers for cars, lacquers and stickers. 2.0 mm atomizer heads are typically used with our 3MTM AccusprayTM HGP Spray Gun, specially designed for the application of high viscosity materials. Use these heads for the application of gelcoat coatings, adhesives, protective coatings, high viscosity primers, specific paints and sound absorbers. Other advantages are a reduced consumption of primers, reduced application time and cleaning, as well as a better finish and therefore less time required for sanding. Compatible only with 3MTM PPSTM series 2.0.
