Presentation : High-temperature moulding wax TR-104 390g TR-104 is a high-temperature carnauba wax peeler. This reduces the production of waxy formations such as synthetic or resin moulders. Tips : For new or renewed moulds, we recommend polishing the mold before passing the wax. Apply wax with the same circular movement on the surface of the mold. Allow to dry for 20 minutes and polish to obtain a glossy finish. Apply at least 6 wax hands Wait about 30-60 minutes between one wax application and the other. The best results are obtained after the final application Apply a wax layer before each molding for the first two or three parts. Then determine how many parts can be produced efficiently before having to apply wax again. This depends on mold conditions, configuration, resin type, mold cycles, gel-coat manufacturing and other factors. Close the box well after use. Recommended storage conditions: keep the container well closed away from heat or ignition sources, at a temperature below 40°C. Caution: toxic product for aquatic and flammable organisms. It can cause long-term adverse effects to the aquatic environment. Use an appropriate container to avoid contamination of the surrounding environment.
