Use protective garment 3Mtm 4520 to protect you from dirt, sketches and toxic powders, including radioactive/nuclear particles. Complies with a variety of standards for chemical protection clothing, including EN 1149 antistatic protection, EN 1073-2 nuclear particulate resistance, EN ISO 13688, liquid splash resistance type 6 EN 13034 and powder protection type 5 EN ISO 13982-1. You can easily identify it thanks to the green triangle that is made of the same SMMMS fabric material of 43 g/mq of the rest of the garment. This garment is designed to reduce weight and maintain performance by adding multiple layers. It is made of SMMMS nonwoven fabric which consists of a polypropylene base layer on the two sides, with 3 layers of filtering material in the middle. The polypropylene base acts as a uniform resistance and protection against splashes, while the layers of filter material provide an intricate network of nonwoven microfibres that serves to filter the dry particulate. Soft, breathable and very light, nonwoven material (TNT) allows easier release of body heat and moisture, ensuring greater comfort, for increased productivity at work. It offers antistatic performance consistent with EN 1149, to minimize electrostatic discharges and the risks of sparks and flammability. The protective garment 3M 4520 is particularly suitable for applications in which particulate matter develops, such as processing pharmaceutical products and handling toxic powders.
