3M 501C Fiber discs 180 mm x 22 mm P100 PN 60522

We have equipped the fiber disc 3M 501C of a heat-resistant resin binder to provide durability and long life useful to abrasive, for challenging operations such as edge sanding. Aluminium-zirconia is frequently broken to produce sharp points and provide a higher cutting speed than aluminum oxide. This synthetic mineral has been developed for the removal of heavy material and for high pressure sanding. Fiber discs are hard drives that allow quick cutting for sanding and removing welds and are available in many sizes for large and small welding. Fiber discs also work well for union (creating a smooth surface after welding removal) and creating a constant finish on the workpiece.
